With a helping wizard, see the tutorial on how to set the image as wallpaper.

How to use the application.
After downloading open the Best Cars : Free HD Wallpapers & Backgrounds.
Tap on an image you’d like to set as wallpaper.
With a download button save it to your Photos.
Open Settings and Choose Wallpaper.
From there Choose a new wallpaper
Select the image you downloaded from the application.
Set that image for your Home or/and Lock screen background.

The owner of the image gets the credit in the application. Application uses public API of Flickr, so if the owner deletes the image on Flickr, Flickr will put placeholder saying that image is not available on a blank image and the user of the application no longer can access that image.
